[Nepal 2013] Saturday 16th of November – Visit to a Pokhara Mountain School
Close to the election planned on Tuesday, November 19th, a lot of strike disturbs the country and several schools are closed. We woke up very early and took the time to discover the hills around Pokhara .
In a small village, we had the opportunity to be warmly welcomed and to meet the teachers of a school currently closed. This school of 165 students is split in 8 sections from 6 to 14 years old. Despite of the low English level of the teachers, we were able to present Fly beyond Dream and the Project.
The whole school was very excited and willing to welcome us for the next Nepal Project. We get the contact of teachers and one previous student working currently in Kathmandu as a computer engineer to enable us to organize a future project with them.
